Jewelry & Accessories Shopping Tips

Nothing can change the look of an outfit better than accessories. With the right accessories, you can make one outfit look like an entirely different one.  I have found that you don’t have to spend a lot or sacrifice style to get the latest trends. Shopping for deals and steals for cheap is easy if you know where and what to look for.

A great place for accessories and jewelry is Charming Charlie’s. This place can be overwhelming with the enormous selection.  Everything is divided by color. In each color section you will find scarves, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, shoes, purses, rings, even clothing.  The quality of jewelry is superior to Sam Moon with more choices and current trends.

Kohl’s is another place to find jewelry, but only when there are running one of their many sales. I would only purchase accessories here when they are at least 50% off.  With the many additional coupons they send out and Kohl’s cash, I can make my dollar go far and find many deals.

My newest find that is amazing is $1 Jewelry Galore. All of their jewelry is $1. I don’t know what took me so long to visit this store. I guess I was skeptical that I would find anything that was trendy, stylish, and wouldn’t fall apart immediately.  I was wrong.  They had necklace and earring sets for $1 that were cute, trendy, bold, and fun.  There were also pieces that were not my cup of tea or what I thought looked cheap, but there were so many other pieces that were fantastic, and I had a difficult time not buying everything I liked.  This place is spectacular and with so many steals.  If you need something new to jazz up an outfit or just want something fun, it is a great place to find it on the cheap. I walked out of the place spending only $11, and I had so many new ways to accessorize. This place is my new addiction.

All of the discount shopping stores Ross, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls are great places to find accessories within any budget.  Shoes, scarves, belts, and purses can make an outfit.  There are fabulous leather designer bags from $20 all the way up to a couple hundred depending on the designer. Even the higher end bags are still half of what they would be in a retail store.  You will find the same price breaks when shopping for shoes.  I have found leather stilettos for under $20, and I have found designer heels for under $30.
