Crock Pot BBQ Brisket Sandwiches

We love BBQ, but who has the time. With crock pot dinners, I can dump everything in a pot and not have to think about it again until dinner time. This recipe is quick, easy, economical, and a crowd pleaser. Just a few ingredients with no real prep time equal a meal that I can make when I have a million things to get done.

Ingredients
  1. • Brisket
  2. • Bottle of BBQ sauce
  3. • Bottle of Catalina dressing
  4. • Buns
Instructions
  1. Place brisket in the crock pot and dump the bbq sauce and dressing on top of it. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. You can shred the meat and leave in the sauce and let set and then scoop out and place on buns, or you can leave the brisket whole and slice and serve for dinner.
Notes
  1. I get a smaller brisket and usually only need a medium size bottle of bbq sauce and a small bottle of dressing. You can cook on high for a shorter period of time, but it does become more tender with the slow cook time.
