Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin

This is an easy, healthy, no fuss dinner. At the market, look for a basic pork tenderloin. They have many types of tenderloin that have marinades, but I don’t typically care for these flavors. I like to take whatever spices that I have on hand to season the pork. I buy tenderloin on the smaller side, and it usually only takes about 25 to 30 minutes to prepare. With a foil lined baking dish it also makes for an easy clean up.

Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin Recipe
  1. • Pork tenderloin
  2. • Herbs: garlic pepper, rosemary, thyme, sage (I tend to stay away from salts because I find the pork is already naturally salty)
  3. • Foil
  1. Line a baking dish with foil. Place the tenderloin in the pan and cover with herbs. Cook at 425 degrees for approximately 25-30 minutes. If it is a larger tenderloin, it will require more time.
  2. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. This is important so the juices settle.
