This recipe is a perfect anytime go-to sandwich that is great for dinner, lunch, snack, appetizer, party, holiday, or special event.

Pinwheel Sandwiches
  1. • Puff pastry (you can use as many sheets as needed. I used two here or one box)
  2. • Sandwich meat: Salami and Turkey (you can use any type of thin sliced lunch meat)
  3. • Cheese: Swiss, pepper jack, flavored cream cheese in the tub and regular cream cheese (I highly recommending cream cheese, it really adds to the creaminess and meltiness)
  4. • Course mustard with garlic spread (optional or any spread you like)
  5. • Egg
  6. • T Water
  7. • Parchment paper
  1. Unfold you pastry sheets. On one sheet spread the cream cheese ll over the sheet. Layer on the turkey and place four slices of Swiss cheese on top. Jelly roll.
  2. On the second sheet, mix some of the regular cream cheese with the mustard and spread mixture on the sheet and layer with salami. Next place the pepper jack cheese on top and jelly roll.
  3. Slice the rolls. Start by cutting right in the middle. The in the middle of those two slices and repeat until you get nice even slices. Place these slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, wisk the egg and water together. Using a pastry brush, brush on this egg mixture on top of the sandwich slices. Place in a 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit for a couple of minutes.
