Shrimp Margarita

This is a simple dish that can be paired with pasta or served with a fresh salad. I like to buy the shrimp already prepped so that it only takes minutes to have a savory shrimp dinner. 

Shrimp Margarita Recipe
  1. • Shrimp
  2. • 3T olive oil
  3. • ½ cup White wine (or apple juice)
  4. • ½ cup butter
  5. • Juice of one lemon
  6. • 1 ½ t Worcestershire
  7. • 2 cloves of garlic
  8. • ¼ t tarragon
  9. • ¼ t basil
  10. • Salt and pepper
  1. Heat oven to 450. Make sure shrimp is cleaned, deveined, and butterfly them. Sprinkle oil and paprika over shrimp and place in oven for 5 minutes, turning once.
  2. Melt wine and butter and other ingredients in pan. Pour sauce over shrimp and cook one minute longer. Save juice and sauce for extra dipping sauce for shrimp.
