Super Moist Honey Mustard Marinated Chicken Breast

We try to eat healthy and chicken breasts can get boring after a while. This is by far my husband’s favorite way I prepare them plus it is insanely easy. He is hard to please. Moist, flavorful, and again simple.

Super Moist Honey Mustard Marinated Chicken Breast
  1. • Package of chicken breasts
  2. • A bottle of Ken’s Stake House Honey mustard Dressing (I have found it everywhere)
  3. • Fresh herbs: Thyme, Sage, Rosemary (you can use the dried stuff in the bottle if you want)
  4. • Garlic pepper
  5. • Parsley (optional)
  6. • 1 large ziplock bag
  1. Place the chicken in the zip lock bag and generously dump some of the honey mustard dressing into the bag. (The bottle is large, and you only need to get enough to coat the chicken.) Zip up the bag and place in the fridge. I usually do this in the morning and take it out while the oven is preheating.
  2. Place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet (easy clean up) and make sure you don’t brush off the marinade. Sprinkle with the herbs and garlic pepper. You can use any herbs and seasonings you like.
  3. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350 degrees. The time can vary depending on the size and thickness of the chicken breasts. I understand the scare of salmonella, but the worst thing you can do to chicken is over cook it. My experience is 15 minutes is usually perfect even with pieces that are a bit large. Just cut and check. Although I recommend that you let the chicken sit for a couple of minutes before cutting the chicken and checking.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley (optional)
