Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

Easy, healthy, hearty cookies that are perfect for a sweet treat or even have them for breakfast. No flour, eggs, or oil. You can easily whip up the batter and keep refrigerated. Drop a couple of scoops or a dozen (no one’s judging) onto a cookie sheet and you have warm, sweet healthy cookies in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
  1. • 2 C Oats (any kind, I like the quick oats)
  2. • 2-3 ripe bananas (depending on size)
  3. • 1/3 apple sauce
  4. • 1/3 milk (any kind, I use skim)
  5. • 2 T peanut butter (Mine are large table spoons, we like peanut butter)
  6. • Raisins (just dump what I have, no right or wrong amount or omit)
  7. • Chocolate chips (usually half a bag, we like chocolate too or you can omit for a really healthy cookie)
  8. • Cinnamon (to taste)
  9. • 1 t of Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Literally dump all ingredients in a bowl and mix using a hand mixer. Make sure thoroughly mixed.
  2. Drop spoonfuls on to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Notes
  1. I like them better warm, so I place a few on a paper towel and nuke for 10 seconds if they are from the night before. Yum.
