Healthy Oven Fried Chicken

I like crunchy, spicy chicken. I also like fried, greasy chicken. I have found this quick recipe lets me have the texture and flavor without all of the fat and calories. It is easy and delicious.

Ingredients
  1. • Chicken breasts
  2. • Oven Fry (by the shake’n bake stuff)
  3. • Egg
  4. • Parchment paper or foil
  5. • Garlic pepper, salt, chicken seasonings (sage, thyme, rosemary)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl beat the egg with the seasonings. Pour the oven fry bag onto a paper plate.
  2. Wash the chicken breast. Dip each one in the egg mixture and then dip into the fry crunchies on the paper plate. Make sure both sides got ample egg mixture and crunchies.
  3. Place breasts on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breasts.
