Cheesy Corn Casserole

This is incredibly easy to make and can be made ahead of time. It is a way to take a common vegetable and make it into a crowd pleasing, filling, cheesy, gooey casserole. It is fabulous for holiday dinners and even the kids will like it. 

Cheesy Corn Casserole Recipe
  1. • 1 can of sweet corn
  2. • 1 can of creamed corn
  3. • 1 C of sour cream
  4. • 1 stick of butter
  5. • 1 C of cheddar cheese
  6. • Salt and pepper
  7. • 1 box of jiffy corn bread
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Mix corn bread mix, melted butter, both cans of corn, sour cream, and cheese in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Pour into a 9x13 greased pan and bake for approximately 1 hour. You can top with more cheese if desired. Let set for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
