Easy Ranch Potatoes

My husband is definitely a meat and potatoes kind of guy. I am always trying new ways to spice up potatoes. I have done just about everything you can to them. One of his favorites and mine because it is simple, is ranch potatoes which are flavorful, easy, and inexpensive.

Ranch Potatoes Recipe

Cook Time
30 min
  1. • Fingerling potatoes (you could also use new or red potatoes)
  2. • Ranch Packet (in the dressing isle, dry packet such as hidden valley)
  3. • Pam spray
  4. • Butter spray (I like to use a low calorie/fat spray)
  5. • Foil (Don't eat it, but very much needed)
  1. Slice the fingerling potatoes like French fries. Place on a foil lined baking sheets and generously coat with the pam spray and then sprinkle the ranch packet, coating the potatoes.
  2. Cook the potatoes for approximately 25-30 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Cooking time might vary depending on the thickness of the potato. Half way through cooking, I take out and spray with the butter spray. Once the potatoes are finished cooking, I generously spray them again with the butter spray.
