Cherry Pineapple Coconut Dump Cake

This dessert is as easy as the name implies. Dump everything in a pan and bake. You end up with a cake type cobbler that is amazing.  It is perfect for when you are craving a warm fruit dessert but you don’t want to spend the time. Top with vanilla ice cream and it is company worthy.

Ingredients
  1. • 1 Large can of crushed pineapple
  2. • 1 Can of cherry pie filling
  3. • 1 Box of yellow cake mix
  4. • 1 ½ Sticks of butter or margarine
  5. • Coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Spray pam in a 9x13 pan. Dump the can of pineapple (Do NOT drain) and cherry pie filling in the pan. Mix. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top of the mixture.
  2. Slice the butter and place the pats evenly over the dry cake mixture. Sprinkle generously with the coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
