Coconut Pecan German Chocolate Bundt Cake

This recipe is the most moist bundt cake you will ever make. You actually bake the frosting in the cake. It is wonderful as is, sprinkled with additional powdered sugar, or heck, top with more frosting. It truly is an extremely decadent dessert.

Ingredients
  1. • ¼ C Powdered Sugar
  2. • ½ Pecans, Fine ground
  3. • ¾ C Oil
  4. • 1 C Water
  5. • 4 Eggs
  6. • 1 Can Coconut Pecan Icing
  7. • 1 Box of German Chocolate Cake Mix (Or you can use Butter Pecan)
Instructions
  1. Grease bundt pan and sprinkle with the powdered sugar. Sprinkle the chopped pecans in the bottom of the pan.
  2. Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water. Mix 2 minutes until smooth. Add icing a spoonful at a time. Mix well and pour into bunt pan on top of pecans. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Notes
  1. If you want to be even more decadent, you can drizzle even more icing on top. The cake is so moist it isn’t necessary, but it is amazing!
