Holiday Gooey Pumpkin Butter Cake

Crust
  1. • 1 package yellow cake mix
  2. • 1 egg
  3. • 1 stick of butter (melted)
Filling
  1. • 1 8oz package cream cheese (softened)
  2. • 1 can pumpkin
  3. • 3 eggs
  4. • 1 t vanilla
  5. • 1 stick of butter (melted)
  6. • 1 lb powdered sugar
  7. • 1 t cinnamon
  8. • 1 t nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cake mix, egg, and butter with an electric mixer. Pat the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 13x9 pan.
  2. Next, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla, and butter, and beat together. Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour pumpkin mixture over cake batter and bake for 40 minutes. Do not over bake. The center should be gooey. Let cool.
